Thanks for deciding to order The PC Guide Disk Edition. You selected the option for a new order of a Disk Edition CD, including shipping in the United States or Canada, for $29.99 (US). (If you somehow have come to this page directly before learning about the Disk Edition and agreeing to the Disk Edition User License Agreement, please go to the main Disk Edition page and follow the instructions there. I've arranged the form as a numbered list for simplicity. All fields must be filled in (except the shipping address, which should be entered only if different from the billing address). Please double-check the entries to ensure that they are correct. When you have completed entering the information, please click the button to proceed to the secure order processing site. There, you will be asked for your credit card number to complete your order. After the order is complete you will receive a confirmation email. You should receive the CD in about a week. If after a week you have not received the CD, please send me an email. Bear in mind that during holiday periods mail may take longer than normal.
