You selected the option for an upgrade order of a Disk Edition CD, including air mail shipping in countries other than the United States or Canada, for $14.99 (US). If this was not what you intended to order, please return to the Disk Edition ordering page. (If you somehow have come to this page directly before learning about the Disk Edition and agreeing to the Disk Edition User License Agreement, please go to the main Disk Edition page and follow the instructions there. Thanks.) I've arranged the form as a numbered list for simplicity. All fields must be filled in (except the shipping address, which should be entered only if different from the billing address). Please double-check the entries to ensure that they are correct. When you have completed entering the information, please click the button to proceed to the secure order processing site. There, you will be asked for your credit card number to complete your order. After the order is complete you will receive a confirmation email. You should receive the CD within two weeks. If after two weeks you have not received the CD, please send me an email. Bear in mind that delivery times vary greatly depending on the destination country, and that mail may take longer during holiday periods.
