Thanks for deciding to order The PC Guide Disk Edition. This is the order form used for special orders, such as educational or site licenses or bulk purchases. Before proceeding, make sure you have contacted me to verify pricing for the product you are ordering. Please do not use this form for individual download licenses or CDs. Instead, please return to the Disk Edition ordering page and choose the appropriate option from the individual order table. (If you somehow have come to this page directly before learning about the Disk Edition and agreeing to the Disk Edition User License Agreement, please go to the main Disk Edition page and follow the instructions there. I've arranged the form as a numbered list for simplicity. All fields must be filled in (except the shipping address, which should be entered only if relevant and if different from the billing address). Be especially sure to double-check the payment amount entered to ensure that it is the right value. When you have completed entering the information, please click the button to proceed to the secure order processing site. There, you will be asked for your credit card number to complete your order. After the order is complete you will receive a confirmation email, and if appropriate, a password will be sent shortly thereafter. If the product you ordered includes one or more CDs, you should receive the order within one to two weeks, depending on where you live. If after two weeks you have not received the CD, please send me an email. Bear in mind that during holiday periods mail may take longer than normal.
