Performance Benchmarks for Specific Processors

This section contains a summary table showing the benchmark values for all the processors covered by this web site. To see full details of all the characteristics for any specific processor, look here.

Additional notes on these benchmarks:

  • The benchmark values below were obtained from many different sources. Where possible, I used official values from manufacturers, after cross-referencing with independent numbers. All numbers should be considered approximate, since system variations can cause a particular PC to score significantly above or below the benchmarks shown. This is more likely to happen with some benchmarks than others, as discussed here. Please do NOT send me email complaining about these numbers unless they are off by a large margin. This is not a benchmarking site and the numbers are for general comparison only.
  • Values with a "~" in front of them are extrapolated or approximated, or in general ones I feel less confident about.
  • The notation "!?" means "right now, I don't know".
  • The older ICOMP and Norton SI indexes are increasingly meaningless for the later CPUs and due to this fact, plus lack of availability of information, I am not using them for sixth-generation and later chips.
