 Tip Of The Day For June 14, 2001:
Modern browsers have a "Stop" button that you can use to halt the browser when
it is loading a page or doing other work. What many people don't realize is that you can
also use this to stop animations, including animated GIFs. If you press the Stop button
when the browser isn't actively loading something, animations will freeze. (Of course, you
wouldn't use that on this site, right? You'd want to click through and buy lots
