Boot TS - No Video, Buzzing or Ringing Sound

Explanation: A strange situation is causing the PC to emit an odd noise from the speaker.

Diagnosis: This is almost always a sign of a bad or incorrectly configured motherboard or system device such as RAM or cache. It could also be a keyboard problem, but this is unusual.

Recommendation:

Troubleshoot the keyboard, to eliminate it as a possibility.
Troubleshoot as an apparent motherboard or system device problem.
Troubleshoot the system memory.
