This is strange...sometimes after i log on in my ISP and boot up ICQ or IE the text grows bold and sometimes has the appearance of overlapping a bit. explorer windows become like that and popup menus disappear when i put my mouse over it...could this be because i installed a new video driver for my ATI RAGE PRO? Its frustration never ceases becuase it happens 2 times out of every 4 times i log on.

Well... let's just say that I started thinking "video driver" even before I got to the point where you mentioned it in your post!
