help!

I've tried my Sonicvortex 2 soundcard in slots 3, 4, and 5 and it
has problems when using V-CDs with the ATI player. Its a all-in-wonder pro
128. However running the VCD using windows media player its ok, anyone else
had this problem with ATI cards and Videologic s/cards? This s/card didn't
like my other ATI card in my old PC either!

I don't think my problems are much to do with IRQs and slots as the device
manager of both cards report no conflicts.

If I remove the s/card completely the ATI s/ware plays ok and the system
doesn't crash. If I disable it in the device manager it also plays ok.....

I'm stumped again
