i have recently replaced my m/board with a qdi kinetiz 7b,chipset VIA KT-133, amd 1.2ghz processor,problem is i cant use musicmatch 6 mp3 player since the change over. i fdisked hd & reinstalled everything else ok but this prog will not work, just crashes computer. ive downoaded latest drivers for m/board, disabled onboard soundcard and using my original soundblaster live.any help appreciated

When you say that you've disbled the on-board sound did you do it by jumper and in the bios? I had the problem with my ASUS AV7133 KT133A mobo when I forgot to disable on-board sound in the bios as well as by jumper on the board my sb live wouldn't work unitl I did. Also, you may need to re-associate the media types with the Jukebox.

thanks for a speedy reply bassvax i am now able to use musicmatch i
did remember to alter jumper settings on board. what i did was
change bios settings to failsafe default and bingo it worked i may need to go back and alter a few items but i shall keep away from sound stuff. i am now a happy man with musicmatch again.
