I would like to know if there is a site where I can d/l an earlier version of IE. I have 5.5 on a disk, but would rather have a different version. Thanks so much for the info.!

Yes it is frequntly on with other software sometimes, even though it may be "branded" I've got an older Juno (was going to try it but it was a toll call) disk you can have. Email me at mikecashman@zdnetonebox.com with your address and I'll get it to you.

IF you've updated to 5.5 yoy may have trouble going back.

This is a little long winded, but you could always reinstall Windows 98 or Office 97. Both of these come with earlier versions of IE.

NO...don't reinstall the OS just to get IE back...
