I am using Windows XP Pro, and I have the ATI 7200 Video card with 64DDR,and also SB Live sound card, and for some reason when I play DVDs the sound is all chopy. Its hard to explain but it like it stops and goes and stops and goes. I realy been trying to fix it buy myself by upgrading all my software and drivers but nothing has work. I hope someone out there can help me out.

Savforme69 - Welcome to the PC Guide -
Try putting the sound card in the PCI slot farthest from the AGP slot. Do you have ACPI enabled? If yes, check if there is perhaps an IRQ conflict with other hardware.
Hopefully this will point you in the right direction. If not, hang on in here, someone might come up with the right solution to your problem.
