I have a problem printing form a particular program called inpage from my
epson photo 700 printer . I know that the printer and software program are
ok since i have used both on my friends computer on windows 98.
My computer has an oem version of windows 98 bought from Packard Bell.
Having contacted several help forims and support services i have found no
answer to this problem apart from one which seems the most likely : that my
windows files are different to those on my friends computer.
I have also been able to run this program from my computer and obtain
printouts by formatting my hard disk and using my friends version of
windows 98 however this means i lose all the programs that came prinstalled
with my computer (as it apparently has hidden sectors on it according to
packard Bell.)
Having reinstalled my packard Bell version of everything.
Is there any way to update the files relevant to my problem and
how do i do this? I have access to my friends version of windows 98 on disk
but i dont know which files ineed to update to make the Inpage program work
on my computer. Would be most grateful for any help please emailme on :

You should be able to use your disk to install initially and then reinstall your friends Win98 over the top of yers. Hope that works.:)

Edit:Errrr....I'm an idiot....just excited about becoming a member...:D .
Didn't notice the date and have no idea how I got onto that post...
