AT our office, one person started getting a blank page with every internet print job they did & certain emails..then a second person then a third..
we are on a network we have looked to see if the printer had a "seperator page" but it was set to zero. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

1. Has your system administrator been notified of this? If not, do so QUICK!!

2. Run a good virus scanner and FAST!!

i was getting a separator even though i'm NOT networked. i thought it was a new (unwanted) feature of wordperfect, bec i had just upgraded from wp6.1 to wp 2000 and it was only happening when i printed a wordperf job. found a wp forum and everybody there said it was NOT a wordperf feature (i even read the manual, which shows how frustrated i was, and it also showed no evidence that it was a feature of wordperf). finally, after a lot of other tweaking which i can't remember the details of, i reinstalled the driver-- had been using an old version which somehow wasn't compatible with the new version of wordperf. turns out the printer driver had a feature which specified the printing of a separator. went in there and turned it off. maybe your printer has same thing? this was nOT a setting available on the printer hardware, or outlined as a possibility in the printer manual. it was strictly a feature of the new printer DRIVER. but why wd it start suddenly? unless someone deliberately changed the settings, or you installed some new software of some kind? it's a nicer possibility than a malicious hack, but maybe pete is right.... good luck!
