What is the problem by opening the power supplier box , why is all the warnings ?

If I'm not mistaken, the power supply stores an electrical charge. Touch the wrong contact point and KZZZZZZZZZZZT!!!!!

High voltages, and big capacitors that can store juice after the PC has been unplugged.
Just Don't Do It.
