Was trying to uninstall my printer to troubleshoot my printer, and i kept getting an i performed an illigal operation. Results were something about
win kernel 32 or something in that matter.. Would anyone know what im dealing with ? I used the proper add and remove programs option, so there was nothing i did out of the ordinary. What exactly is win kernel 32 and do i need it. ??? Will it interfere with installing anything else like a cd burner or for that sake, removing one.. Any help,, would help...

Thanks casper:

..do i need it?.. only if you want windows to run!! http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/tongue.gif

That's one of the three main files in windows that " make " it up, there's kernell, GUI, and User-without these three files you can't have your OS.

DON'T deleete it-or you'll be in a world of hurt. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif
