I recentely upgraded to Win XP Home Edition from Win 98 and since then I have not been able to get my iPAQ to sync. My iPAQ is connected to the Motherboard through the Serial Port. I am using Active Sync 3.5.

Specs:
Motherboard: ASUS P2B-F, latest BIOS
iPAQ 3150
Active Sync 3.5
Serial Port, Cradle
Win XP Home Edition

You might also try using com2 instead of com1
