can anyone help with this, i have a 3 week old pc with a amd xp1700 256mb ddr and a nvidia 64mb graphics card, at the moment i am running avg antivirus and a mouse program i also have wirefree keyboard prog and obviously ie6 and my modem going.at the moment my avail memeory is shown as 109mb yet my old system also on xp with a amd 1.2 and 256k sdram under the same cond shows 156mb avail what gives i am also experiencing a lot of drops on the net as ie explorer occaisionally stops responding again not an issue with my old system could it be that the motherboard is not compatable with xp as a friend had the same prob and that was thae case all my drivers are up to date and everything is said to be working ok by windows any clues
