The system was previously working fine. Then I went to access the other computer and was told "unable to access or incorrectly entered address". When I go to network neighborhood the other pc isn't listed. If I go downstairs the same thing happens in reverse. If I pull the patchcable from either pc the main shows cable undone. The card on the main is showing active led's, but the one downstairs shows only one led constant and rarely another flicker. Also the status on the main shows it's sending packets but has 0 returned. I'm just running two machines so I have them as a workgroup with shared resources/printer.

Possibly unrelated but....on the 200mhz machine in device manager it shows an unkown device of others category with drivers not installed. The NIC is listed as working fine with no conflicts in both machines.....just thought I'd throw that in there http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif
