My friend is having a prob with his radeon 64 mb ddr gfx.

256ddr
1.4 athlon
30gig 7200 rpm
radeon 64mb ddr vivo
win xp

He normally maxes out at about 100 fps when playing online games but lately he's getting 7 - 20 fps. What could be the problem?
