Could someone tell me how to get rid of the error message "Msgsrv32" which appears everytime i shut down. I am running Win 98.

Q238096 (http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q238/0/96.ASP) has some troubleshooting info for shut down problems. Microsoft has had some problems with their site the past few days, so it may take a few tries to get there.
