if you do, please, please reply; as stated we are talking about an FIC VT-501 socket 7 motherboard and this came installed with two 5v simms and one 3.3v dimm which have been working just fine; however I'd like to upgrade my memory and where in the actual manual it shows that both can be installed, the tech faq sheet from FIC states not to use both together and also that gold or tin leads make no difference; by the way the manual shows that simms are twosided and dimm is onesided yet my current modules are all onesided and work just fine; any comments would be appreciated, this is my granddaughter's computer and I am really new to all this.
