Have you checked out this site http://support.intel.com/support/motherboards/identify.htm
or http://support.intel.com/support/processors/pentium4/intnotes.htm#Selecting_a_System_board

In order to be of more help we'll need more info about the motherboard.

The numbers you gave identify the chipset, but not the board. Are there any other numbers on the motherboard itself?

IF you can get it to boot at all, freeze the first screen using the [Pause] key and write down the BIOS ID string, that's the long number usually at bottom left. Go to Wim's BIOS (http://www.ping.be/bios/) and you might be able to look it up.
