Come across some 32MB Compaq EDO DIMM memory, Tried them in three different systems one is a compaq deskpro, none of the computers will boot with the memory installed.CHIP# is MT4LC4M4E9DJ -6.
Any ideals?????

triplej, do the putres your trying your EDO Ram in have a chipset designed to handle EDO?
if you can get hold of the mobo manuals for the puter they will tell you if its supported. hope this helps.:rolleyes:
