Can someone help me get rid of animated cursors. What a curse!
I cannot figure out how to get back to the default cursor without
animation. Thanks

You would go to the control panel and then the mouse settings and then the pointers tab..click on each pointer icon in the list there to highlight that and click the Use Default button. If its changing them when you apply a theme be sure to uncheck the mouse pointers in the list on the right..if your using 95 through Me.

Go into Control panel.
Double click the Mouse icon
Then use the pointers tab
Select the Pointers you want
Use the first selection box across the top to select a group of Pointers ( non animated )
You can also make individual selections below that.

I'm happy to report that I no longer have an animated cursor.
