Hi, i have bought 128 Mb ram p133 and im with problems since ive installed (random crash).
I Have a Pentium3 733, viatech apollo pro 133 (p133), 128ram (plus the new 128 ram),win98.
The temperature is good(25-40) the fan also (4500). What else could be the problem?
I have to make a bios change? i have to upgrade de power(230w to 300w)?is there any program to check if the ram is bad?
If anyone could help me i really apreciated im one step to loose my sanity...

I cant tell you how many times I've installed new SDRAM only to find out it is incompatible with the memory I already had or is BAD to begin with. Try the computer with ONLY the new RAM and see if errors occur. If not, it is incompatible with the old memory.....if errors occur, it is BAD ram......in either case you will need to return it and buy the same brand or at least the same speed (same as the old ram 100 or 133?).

I'm putting a new Fat32 partition in my Head Drive...hope it speeds me up.......
