If all the other machines have an IP address, you can assign them one by opening the network neighborhood properties, double-click tcp/ip (network card) and enter one there. Make sure they are on the same subnet mask. 255.255.255.0 is usually the best for small networks, but you can expand it or shrink it. Example: the rest of the pcs have 192.168.0.3 through 192.168.0.14, you can assign that pc any number up to 192.168.0.254.

What type of network do you have? If you are using TCP/IP Try enabling DHCP, that will provide the computers with an IP everytime you log into the network.
