best bet would be to go to the mobo makers web site and download it from there.:D

You need to know the manufacturer, the model number and the current BIOS version of your motherboard. Then you need to find out if the motheboard manufacturer has one available for your board.

Then finally you need to follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer....

And....

If your PC is performing reasonably
well go with what you have.

Have a definate need for a BIOS upgrade
before using a BIOS flash.

Do you have a problem that a BIOS upgrade
would correct?

I see where ranchdog is headed with this...You better be darn sure you have the correct bios upgrade before you flash. And read the instructions VERY carefully.
You could end up with a conversation piece if done incorrectly.

Unfortunately, you're talking to a guy that learned the hard way the first time....If everything is working fine- Don't bother!!! ;)

my com is working well .. after reading all comment i think i better stick to the current bios. Thank for all the reply :)
