I have a Natural Pro Keyboard 5that I bought last January. One of the keys is starting to stick badly. I look through my paperwork and could not find a warranty period or a replacement phone number. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think those keyboards have a "3 year limited warranty". Contacting M$ can be a nightmare and can also incur charges.
You might snoop around HERE (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?id=fh;en-us;offer04) and see what you can find.

The other option if just one key is sticking is to pry the cap off the sticking key. It's possible some sort of gunk got spilled in there, and you may be able to clean it with compressed air or a non-residue cleaner.
I have even heard of soaking a keyboard in water if it's really gunked up!
Or course, it has to dry out thoroughly before you try it again.
The other thing you probably already know...Never plug or unplug a keyboard in with the computer on (unless it's USB)
