Budfred as you can see I have opened a new thread. I spoke to PC World Techs,the suppliers of the PC, they where confused. I found the revelant window to enable the the auto set up to the USB but the tech advised me not to take that route.I will be passing by my Daughters house this afternoon UK time and will log on , if you have any recomendations I will pick them up there, or any one who can help.It is a bit of a bind if a new machine is not fully configured for use by the purchaser. Do not want delve into the PC just yet because it is still under warrantee :(
