If a PC goes into a continous loop
of re-booting itself I normally go
for Memory errors first.
And then go to Power Supply.
You state that yours may level off
so a hard look at the Power Supply
is in order.
Do you possibly have any Heat problems?

Hey are you using windows 98 it might be the automatic shutdown feature Go to your run command and type msconfig and go to startup and take the check off the automatic shutdown. I think that might be your problem

Hi Chad.....If you are still having the problem and you have a video card that you can swap out with the one currently in there...try that...I've seen Win98 do this before when the vid card was going out...or when there was a video card conflict with the sound card [IRQ conflict].
