I have been having trouble with my e-drive and now it wont play any cd's that I put in it. The light wont light up and when I click on the e-drive icon it says "E is not accessible. Device not ready" How do I get this piece of crap to work again. Email me if you can help. dukes_01@hotmail.com

Have you opened the case recently? If so you may have disturbed the power cable for the cd drive.

Does the tray open and close like it is supposed to?

Do you hear it spin up at all?

Have you recently added anything to the system?
