Hi,
I have an old laptop running Windows 95.I planed to give it to my sister,but can I change the Registered name(from my name to her name)in the System Properties?Or how do I do it??Anyone know?

Hi enkk,

You can change the registered user info: Name, Company, etc, by opening "regedit.exe" and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion and scroll down the right hand pane until you see "registered owner" double click on it to edit.
