I'm sure you always run a virus scan before anything else. Did you disable the virus detection prior to the reinstall of the drivers?

Did you check for duplicates in safe mode?

Have you disabled all other devices and started with a basic system?

Check out for any device IRQ conflicts. Also try installing the latest available driver. A virus scan with lates virus definitions is also a good suggestion.

There is no IRQ conflicts. and driver is lataest because pc is only one month old. There is no virus I scan it with latest virus pattern.

Hi there.

I think you probably have a software problem. I suggest you try reinstalling Windows to see if that will fix the problem. Also, if using Win XP or ME, you might try the quick restore feature and restore it to a point when it worked fine.

All the best!

hey UČ :p ,

try booting into safe mode. goto device manager and remove all the instances of sound drivers. these are called ghost drivers. reboot.

let windows find and install the driver.
