Hi,
i play on line games PGA2000 and pool, 2 days ago when i went to play pga i got the error 'Not connected to server, isp or server is down.'
I use bt internet cause its free.

When i tried to enter with supanet it let me get in there.

Also i can still surf the net using btinternet , but it just wont let me get in the gaming room.
I tried all the obvious stuff and stiil no luck. Its been working fine for 6 months

It is quite possible that they have blocked access to the game servers. Many "free" Internet Service Providers have started limiting the amount of time you have per month, the hours you can connect, and are doing other things to limit access (like restricting access to games servers). Some ISPs are also requiring that you allow thm to use "unused" cpu cycles for other purposes (Juno). So basically the "free" ISP area is quiclky disappearing and those that have free services are finding that they are becoming increasingly restrictive.

If everything else is the same except which ISP you connect with then the problem probably isn't your computer.

If you are paying for service, and you can access the games servers using another ISP then there is some sort of problem with your primary ISP, you should probably contact them...
