Go into BIOS, save changes and exit, changing nothing, and see if that works. It might just need to see the memory amount or something of that nature. If that doesn't do it, changed the CMOS battery and see if a new one does the trick. They can come with bad batteries...
If neither of those does it, you might have a setting in BIOS it doesn't like, take a close look in BIOS and see what the settings are, see if anything looks out of place. Write down any changes, and change only one thing at a time. See if your motherboard manual has a section on what the default and recommended settings are.

Welcome, knox! http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
Many new motherboards are shipped with a plastic insert preventing the
CMOS battery from making contact and discharging itself in storage.
Look for a tab sticking out from the edge of the battery,
or remove the battery completely to check if necessary.

Thank guys,
I will try a new battery and see if that does any thing. I get the error right when it first boots so I can't get into my bios setup to change any thing in there
Well I finally got a reply back fron Iwill about the error I was getting. Come to find out it is a defected bios chip. So, they are going to send me a new board.
Thanks for those who helped,
Knox
