Is this a new installation of Corel?
Have you installed/updated any software on your system recently?
A few more systems specs would be helpful, operating system version, type and manufacturer of the computer and any updates or changes to the system.

THANK YOU
answer to question 1. is this a new installation of Core? No, it came with the computer 21/2 years ago.
question 2. Have you installed/uypdated any software on your system recently? yes, no problem until installed HP fax tie in.
3. H.P. Pavillion-updated two weks ago with H P fax 3200 laserjet fax
It is quite possibly a dll conflict, you may have more than one copy of the offending dll on your system. Go to the start menu -> find and type shell32.dll in the find files box, then rename all of the ones you find except the on inC:\Windows\System to something like shell32.lld.
Also it could be a problem with the fax update...if the old version was working properly you may want to revert back to it.

You might find some updates or patches on either the Corel or HP web sites.
