When installing a stubborn CPU (Cyrix 200P+ fan (socket 7) I broke one of the holders for the fan located on the motherboard! I tried running it without a fan and it seems to work fine, but I know this is not a good thing.
Does anyone know of any way I could get my fan to stay on the CPU. I thought about getting the CPU gel, but with know way of holding it on.....
What exactly do you mean? one of the little plastic studs on the socket that holds the heat sink clip?

Yes, I broke one of the little plastic clips that holds the CPU Fan in place. There are two of them (you need both of them in order to hold the fan down). Not sure about super glue..... I might try super glue and the CPU gel.

Stay away from Super glue!!!! If it runs and gets on the motherboard it's all over.

You might try looking for an adhesive heatsink compound, such as Arctic Silver Adhesive (http://www.directron.com/adhesive.html), although kind of expensive ($14) if you only use it once.
