Recently installed Windows ME, Now when I attempt to shut down computer I get a blank screen and nothinng happens... I have to manually turn off computer. When I boot up I get message computer improperly shut down and it run scan drive......everytime. When ME first installed, it worked fineand auto shut down and turned off computer.....no more.... any help?
