On a Micron Pentium 100 mghz running Windows 95A I get the yellow exclamatin mark next to the Primary and Secondary IDE Controller fifo under device manager. Under virutual memory it states all my drives are using compatability mode including the CD ROM which works but does not appear in my Computer. How do I find and install drivers or such to get them back where they will work again. I cannot find anything to tell me how to do this. Thanks for any advice.

Here's a Microsoft Knowledge Base article dealing with Intel PCI IDE controllers. I had this same problem with a Pentium 90 running win 95B and solved it by installing Win 98SE.
The article is Q151911.
Here is a web page that goes through the steps to remedy the problem, if this is what's causing it: home.swebell.net/the-griz/intelbus.htm#Griz's%20Web.
Hope this is helpful.

Thanks for the great advice. I reviewed the files and found this information which solved my problem.
For information about how to edit the registry, view the "Changing Keys and Values" Help topic in Registry Editor (Regedit.exe) or the "Add and Delete Information in the Registry" and "Edit Registry Data" Help topics in Regedt32.exe. Note that you should back up the registry before you edit it. If you are running Windows NT or Windows 2000, you should also update your Emergency Repair Disk (ERD).
NOTE: The purpose of the registry value that is mentioned in this section is to prevent damaged data. Before you modify this registry value, it is recommended that you perform the troubleshooting steps in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
