Hi I am unsure how to word this but here goes. When I switch on my computer I get a blue screen with the words " The 32-Bit device driver (CDRPRD (01) + 0000AD23)
has attempted to use a system service which is not load, it may be possible to continue normally (press any button)
I am not sure were this device can be found or whether I can find this driver elsewhere to install

I seem to recall having a similar problem with McAfee and DirectCD. I remove one or the other and all was fine. McAfee informed me that it was a known issue, but at that point, no known solution was known. I've since dumped McAfee and switched to Norton
