I plan to buy a Samsung 760V TFT monitor.
What would you recommend in terms of video card and sound card to go along with that unit.I am not gaming,watching movies occasionaly.
I am looking for something good without going all out in terms of price.
Is there anything else I should be looking at that has a bearing on the above.Thanks

Are you hooking this up to your present computer? If you are, I would say to try it with your present setup. It may well be fine. If, after you try it out, there is a lack of performance you can look for a better video card.

You didn't mention which video card you are using now but I would go for an AGP card over a PCI card.
