Seems like the past 2 weeks my computer system has gone to crap. Today its my printer, yay.
When i try to print something it gives me an error message and then I get a system error called "WPSAPD.DLL" Then Internet explorer shuts down..
Anyone have a clue whats wrong?
Hmmm...even more that seems to be IE related.
It is looking more spyware/maleware related all the time...and not really related to the use of the removal tools unless one of them did an incomplete removal.
The specific file is related to Canon printer drivers..so you could try reinstalling them in order to try to clear up that error. But I would really like to see the logs, and add in the Spybot log.

A couple days ago I used the start up list program and posted the results here. Someone saw a cannon file and tole me if I didnt have a cannon item, I could delete it. My printer is a Samsung, so I thought I was safe to delete it. So is that the problem?
If so, what should I do? Since then I have uninstalled and reinstalled spybot, so my backups are probably gone. Do I have to reinstall all the software from my printer disks, or could I just go totheir website?
If you don't have a Canon printer then did you at one time have one?
If not then you may be using the incorrect or "compatible" drivers...download the latest drivers from Samsung for your printer, remove and reinstall the printer. That should clear up all the driver problems with it.
Unless of course Samsung printers are really rebadged Canons.....in which case then it is probably needed because they are really Canon drivers and not Samsung...

And check in Safe mode for ghosts. The first time I went into Safe mode, I had two printers, two monitors, and two scanners. Get rid of extras..the Canon may be in there as a ghost.
