I tried installing the software for it (on another computer, not mine), and this is what it says: Look at attached file

I scanned for viruses, scanned for hdd errors, closed all programs down, etc., nothing helped.

Sorry, I found out the reason -- It only works with Windows XP.

Now that is what I like, you ask the question, provide additional info without being asked and then solve the problem!!!:D
