ok..the problem is ..I was messing with the buttons that control how the stuff on the monitor are viewed.. it has trapzoid, pincushion, v-size, balance, parallel and v-moire among others..anyway..now I cannot get the monitor to work right..feel like I am in a fun house mirror room..can anyone please tell me how to fix this prob and get it back to normal...any help would be appreciated..thank you

Some monitors have a reset to defaults button. If you don't have the manual for your monitor, post the brand and model so that we can help you find out what your options are. You may have to manually restore it, but hopefully there is a simpler way....

You should stay in the same thread instead of playing tag... :eek:

If it's a plug and play monitor you could remove it in device manager and reboot. Windows will find it again and it will get installed with the default settings.

Since you changed the actual hardware settings on the monitor, I am not sure that you will be able to reset it by removing and replacing the driver. I think you will need to do it with the hardware. Check out the monitor some more and see if you can find a model number or other identifier. If you look on the back, it should be printed on the part that bulges out.... Write down anything you find and post it here...
