Hi all,

I have been having trouble with my video card and little colored squares
all over the screen.I have an Abit KT7 motherboard and on Abit's website
they have a new BIOS that says it fixes compatibility issues with Ti cards(I have Ti4600).

Ok,I try to flash BIOS using Abit's step by step procedure:
Use Drdos to boot to,then flash bios.It goes well and says
new BIOS installed,press F1.

I press F1 and PC starts to reboot.I then shut down,clear CMOS
and boot up.I go into the BIOS and reset CPU setting etc.But
the BIOS still shows the old version number.

Can anyone help me?I am new to this stuff.

Are you sure that you didn't already have the latest version installed? If you are sure, I would just try the flash again, but maybe download it again and set up a new floppy to make sure it wasn't a problem with that.

Yes I am sure I dont have the latest BIOS.My motherboard
is a couple years old and I have never updated the BIOS.
I will try it again with a new download and floppy.
