When I restart the computer while in Windows(warm boot), the mouse and keyboard doesn't work when it starts up again, but everything else seems to load fine. When I cold boot or press the power/reset button manually and boot, this problem doesn't occur. This problem is a hassle because I have to turn the computer off everytime I need to restart the computer for any reason. I have already tried to replace the power supply and that didn't help. This problem started only when I replaced my Win98 OS to Win2000. I tried updating the BIOS and all the drivers and it still didn't help. I'm thinking it might be some kind of incompatability problem between my motherboard(Tyan Trinity 400) and Windows 2000. Any help would be appreciated. Thanx.
