Hi Guys. I am thinking about buying a PC that has a BIOSTAR viq MB in it and just wanted to see if any of you have ever had any experience with that brand. Good or bad. I know that they are a little cheaper than the rest but I dont need anything fancy,
Thanks Guys, FH

Biostar is a pretty good company as far as I know. Read this here (http://www4.tomshardware.com/business/20020603/computex-06.html) :D

I used their M7VKD about a year ago. It setup quickly and easily. System has Athlon 1800+, 256 meg PC133, and Win 98se. It is connected to my stereo system, used as a music server for my home network, runs 24 hrs a day, and only needs to be rebooted about twice a month. On the downside, this model does not allow for much tweaking ( just a few bumps to the FSB ). All in all a good MOBO for everyday use.

Great.
I dont really need to do any tweaks. Just need a stable board.
I could not find too many reviews on their boards though, so I was a little concerned about the perfomance. Im sure I will be posting back about it if I have any problems with.
Thanks,
FH
