Could someone Please explain the Difference between the "System Clock" and the "Real Time Clock".

Some of these terms can be interchangeable, so I'm not sure exactly what you mean by these two.

But, system clock "usually" refers to the Front Side Bus which relates to system speed timings. Real Time Clock is usually the time set in the CMOS, literally the date and time.
