Hello
My DVD ROM Drive is not working properly anymore.
It worked when i first used to install software on Saturday but now when i insert a disc and click on it i get the following error messge:
D:\ is not accesible
Incorrect function
Why is this doing this.
Please Help!!
Hi,
Some more information about your computer software would be useful.
You mentioned you installed software on saturday, what was the software and has the drive not worked since???
Also I assume you have tried more than one disc in the DVD drive.

I have a Lite on DVD ROM
I bought a barebone kit from www.microlanduk.com and the specs are as follows

The software I installed was Windows XP Home, Microsoft Works, Power DVD and various other software.
I have tried several discs in my DVD rom drive and still no use.

What was the problem?
The thing that struck me about your specs is that the power supply seems kind of small for the system you have. If you have further problems you might want to check that. If it is a really good PS then 300 watts is probably ok. If it is a cheaper one, it may not last long.
