Hello! Both my Dad and I have HP Deskjet 5550 printers. Mine works great all the time. But with his, everytime he tries to print something, it's really slow and when he opens the printers icon to see what documents are pending, he has the one he's trying to print on top and the printer adds more to the list. The ones that are being added are called Printer Service Data. If he keeps on deleting these, the one he's trying to print will eventually print. But sometimes, it adds up to 50 of these Printer Service Data things. Mine has never done this. Both printers were installed the same way, with virus scanners disabled and all other programs closed. His computer is a 600Mhz eMachine and the OS is Windows ME. We can't figure out why mine will work and his doesn't. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
